A reputable estate agency in Liverpool is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to advance their career in property sales within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Manage and update property listings across various platforms.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and feedback.
• Assist in the progression of sales from offer through to completion.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.​

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in estate agency sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.​
