Food & Beverage Assistant

You will receive training through our Dalata Academy to help you learn important skills. You will also meet experienced team members who can help you grow.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.

Your Job

• Set up and prepare the breakfast buffet area before service begins
• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout breakfast service
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area at all times
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards in food handling and preparation
• Clear and clean tables promptly to ensure smooth guest turnover
• Communicate with kitchen and management teams regarding stock levels and guest feedback
• Tidy and close down the breakfast area after service, including restocking for the next day
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Previous experience is essential.
• Flexibility in working hours as the role includes mornings & weekends
• Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros experience would be preferable.
• Experience in a hotel is preferable.
