What you’ll do
As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating marketing activities for assigned products, including distribution channels such as digital, social media, and inside sales. You will review marketing programs and help implement changes, analyze market data to identify key segment drivers, and collaborate with promotional and direct-to-consumer teams.
Essential for the role
- Apothecary Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Science.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical brand management with a proven track record of effective planning and campaign execution.
- Deep understanding of the Oncology patient experience from diagnosis through treatment.
- Strategic and tactical expertise within Oncology therapy areas.
- Proven innovation leading to success.
- Strong focus on decision-making and results.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, especially with sales teams, to develop targeted plans addressing customer challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, results-oriented, team player, and independent.
- Broad understanding of the commercial, operational, and strategic aspects of the pharmaceutical business.
