JOB PURPOSE

Are you a visionary engineering leader with a passion for technology and a track record of successfully leading high-performing engineering teams? If so, we want you to be part of our team! As the Engineering Transformation Manager for our PC Liquid factories, you will lead the transformation of engineering processes, systems, and culture, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and innovation.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of engineers and contractors, fostering excellence and collaboration.

  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.

  • Collaborate with product managers, R&D, and stakeholders to design and implement new processes and tools.

  • Manage recruitment, coaching, and professional development of engineering staff.

  • Maintain high standards of safety and quality performance.

  • Manage budgets, optimize resources, and control costs.

  • Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure project success.

  • Stay at the forefront of technological advancements and work on impactful projects.

  • Develop and implement engineering transformation strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Monitor and report on progress, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.


ALL ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience (5+) years in engineering management, transformation, or related roles in PC technologies, specifically Skin Cleansing liquids.

  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, practices, and methodologies.

  • 10+ years experience in Operations Engineering.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience managing complex transformation projects across multiple factories.

  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., TPM, WCM, Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Technical expertise in Personal Care technologies/facilities.

  • Big picture thinking, strategic influence, and effective communication skills.

  • Flexibility to work occasional atypical hours and travel as required.
