We’re looking for an Extra Special General Manager for one of our most successful businesses within the whole Company! Salary up to £55K + bonus and a generous benefits package. 

Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. Now, we’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Vikings Landing in Liverpool and lead the team to continued success!

About the pub

The Vikings Landing is an open plan carvery site with a centrally located L shape bar, with a generous beer garden and children’s play equipment. The pub sits on the edge of a industrial estate is also near many local houses with a great passing trade and wider local demographic who visit the pub.

This Vikings Landing is currently trading approx. £50,000 per week with a split of 40% Wet 60% Dry. The site is on track to take £2 million this year and is a real flagship site both in the North West and the whole Company. There is still room to grow – the site has year on year growth potential form providing great hospitality, but also maximising low sales slots including evenings and midweek activities

We are looking for a really strong guest focused operator; previous management of a site of a similar size is essential. Knowledge of the area is an advantage but not essential. 

Three bedroom management accommodation is available with this site.
