Job Description



  • Consistently meet revenue and profitability targets (AOP).

  • Execute Inside Sales campaigns to generate leads and expand the customer base through targeted outreach.

  • Respond to inbound inquiries within the same day to convert prospects into sales.

  • Maintain a strong project pipeline.

  • Manage Inside Sales accounts, fostering customer relationships through regular engagement.

  • Oversee orders, forecasts, pricing, and customer concerns.

  • Support select distributors in joint sales efforts.

  • Promote Aurorium's value-based sales and marketing approach.

  • Build strong customer relationships, identify value-driven opportunities, and collaborate with marketing and technical teams.

  • Align customer interactions across teams for seamless solution delivery.

  • Handle additional tasks as needed.


The Successful Applicant


A successful Inside Sales Representative should have:



  • Proficiency in at least one other European language (Preferably German, Italian or French)

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience within a sales role or related role at a specialty chemicals company preferred

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficient in SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft office applications such as Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc.
