We are currently recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking Training Provider for a Training Administrator to join their compliance department.
Job Purpose
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to support the wider a operations and compliance teams, manage basic financial tasks, and provide exceptional support to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in admin, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to senior management and team members
- Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
- Support with the implement administrative processes and procedures
- Manage your day to day activities effectively
- Communication and Collaboration
- Support with learner sign up.
- Checking all submitted paperwork is compliance with funding regulations
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in special projects and tasks as assigned by you line management
Requirements:
- No experience is needed – but a strong determination to grow and develop your skill are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- English and Maths at level 2 or above
- Qualification in Administration – desirable
