What will I be doing?
As our Social Care Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers optimise the use of our solutions and maintain excellent compliance levels via thorough system health checks. You will look at CQC and Ofsted reports to identify areas for improvement or opportunities to up-sell additional functionality. In your role as Social Care Consultant, you’ll liaise with product teams and our sales function whilst advising on potential hot fixes. An important part of this role will be carrying out gap analysis when we look to enter new legislative markets, working to ensure that our solutions remain compliant.

- A relevant social care qualification
- Excellent communication skills
- An ability to apply your knowledge in various settings
- Extensive hands-on experience of working in social care
- Good knowledge of CQC/Ofsted criteria
- The confidence to present to and talk with senior stakeholders
- An analytical mindset coupled with good IT literacy
- Great instincts and willingness to use your initiative
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
