What is expected?

We’re seeking a highly motivated Finance Officer to join a dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the financial leadership of the organisation , supporting both their mission and wider social impact goals.

• Managing the annual budget, ensuring strong financial health and alignment with strategic priorities
• Monitoring income, expenditure and cash flow; preparing regular financial reports for the Executive Leadership Team
• Handling all financial transactions, including invoicing, payroll and procurement
• Leading on credit control and ensuring compliance with statutory financial regulations and audits
• Producing social impact reports and tracking KPIs related to community engagement
• Advising on procurement, value for money, and cost-saving opportunities
• Supporting audits, funding reviews, and aligning financial plans with growth projections

• A detail-oriented finance professional with experience of working in an SME finance setting
• Experience managing organisational budgets and reporting
• Someone confident with financial systems and regulatory compliance
