Head of Professional Services - Liverpool (Hybrid Working)
We are now seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Professional Services to lead our implementation and onboarding teams, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and successful product adoption.
As the Head of Professional Services, you will lead a team of implementation consultants and project managers responsible for delivering high-quality SaaS configuration and onboarding services. You will play a critical role in shaping the customer journey, driving operational excellence, and ensuring financial performance

We are now seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Professional Services to lead our implementation and onboarding teams, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and successful product adoption.
As the Head of Professional Services, you will lead a team of implementation consultants and project managers responsible for delivering high-quality SaaS configuration and onboarding services. You will play a critical role in shaping the customer journey, driving operational excellence, and ensuring financial performance
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of consultants and project managers.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of SaaS implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful onboarding.
- Personally manage and deliver select customer projects as needed.
- Drive customer satisfaction and time-to-value through structured methodologies and best practices.
- Act as an executive sponsor for key accounts, building strong stakeholder relationships.
- Own the Professional Services P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Ensure accurate project scoping, resource allocation, and margin optimization.
- Implement tools and processes for tracking KPIs such as utilisation, project profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align services with business goals.
- Define and evolve service offerings, pricing models, and delivery frameworks.
- Identify opportunities for automation, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in Professional Services, SaaS implementation, or consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, reporting, and P&L ownership.
- Demonstrated success in customer stakeholder management and executive engagement.
- Deep understanding of SaaS delivery models, customer onboarding, and change management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience with service delivery in the CAFM, facilities, or estates space
- Familiarity with PSA and PM platforms such as Rocketlane, Kantata,
