Operating from the Group’s Headquarters on the outskirts of Orpington, Kent, our centralised team, consists of an accounts department, purchasing department, bookings team, and is complemented by the sales & marketing department. NEW: Service Advisor/ Bookings Co-ordinator - Go SMART Repair Ltd - Liverpool

We are now looking to recruit a permanent/full-time bookings co-ordinator to join us at the Regional Bookings Centre for our rapidly expanding sister company, Go SMART Repair Ltd in Liverpool, L3 3BU.

The ideal candidate will have worked within a busy office or bodyshop or automotive dealership environment previously and will be expected to carry out the following duties:

• Entering our Retail Insurance Customers' Vehicle SMART repair bookings on our internal IT Computer System (Big Change). Full hands on training will provided.
• Liaising with our customers on the telephone and our SMART Repair Technicians on the telephone.
• Updating the system when repairs have been confirmed with our retail customers and synchronising with our technicians' online diaries.
• Dealing with incoming calls and email enquiries.
• Making outgoing calls.
  
  

Microsoft Office experience is essential, also attention to detail. Good geographical knowledge of the UK - particularly, North-West, Midlands, South-East, South Coast.


Salary:Up to £25,000.00 per annum, depending on experience


Hours: 8.00 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday.
