Role - Service Advisor/Service ReceptionistSalary - £29,000 basic (OTE £35,000)Location - Liverpool

Richard Abson Group are helping a prestige car dealership in Liverpool, to find them a quality Service Advisor / Service Receptionist.

The business is a well-known and reputable dealer group in the area, working with several brands. They’re offering progression, support, and fantastic training. They will aim to have you train as a fully accredited Service Advisor within the first 12 months. This would see your basic salary increase to over £31,500.

As a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist, you will be assisting customers with enquiries, technical information and providing progress updates on their vehicles. As well as sales of Service Plans, and additional services.

Requirements to be considered for the role of Service Advisor / Service Receptionist:

• At least 1 years’ experience in the same role or similar (within the main dealer network)
• Enthusiasm and passionate about customer service and sales
• Use of Kerridge and 1Link (preferred)

Salary and working hours:The business is offering a competitive basic salary of £29,000, with additional (uncapped) bonus' for hours sold, up/cross-sales, and service plan sales - £35,000.

Working hours are Monday to 8am-5:30/6pm and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 8:30am-12:30 noon. These hours are likely to reduce as the business introduces a key drop-of and pick up process; meaning that the advisors can start later / leave earlier.
