  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new brokers, including due diligence and system training.
  • Coordinate with 30+ funding partners to ensure timely and efficient credit decisions, payouts, and documentation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with funder contacts to resolve queries or escalate issues as needed.
  • Monitor proposal pipelines and manage deal flow through to completion.
  • Track proposal status, manage documentation workflow, and ensure deals are processed within SLA.
  • Liaise with internal credit, operations, and compliance teams to facilitate transactions.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline broker and funder interaction.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, AML, and internal policy requirements.

Skills

  • Proven experience in financial services or a similar high-volume support environment.
  • Preferred knowledge of the asset finance lifecycle (proposals, underwriting, pay-out).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship management.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and proposal platforms.
  • Previous experience working with brokers and funders is preferred.
