We are currently recruiting for several Document Controller to join our civil engineering team working nationwide.

You will be responsible for:

• Document control, reviewing all JGL design & Construction document issues ensuring correct flow for all numbering and coding is per client requirements for QA/QC.
• Version control and tracking of documents.
• Uploading and controlling documents onto Aconex document management system.
• Liaising weekly with client document controller to ensure all client document requirements are met.
• Support JGL team with document formatting.
• Meeting minute taking.
• Labour onboarding & training bookings
