About The Role

We are seeking skilled and experienced Finance Administratorto join our world-renowned logistics client in Liverpool. If you excel in organisation, accuracy, and financial administration, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and validate financial information
• Manage billing processes
• Create and manipulate Excel spreadsheets (strong knowledge of pivot tables & VLOOKUPS required)
• Validate information received from third parties
• Compile consolidated backup documentation for invoicing
• Handle repetitive but crucial financial tasks with precision
  
  

Requirements

• High attention to detail
• Previous experience in finance administration (billing experience preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPS and pivot tables)
• Reliable, helpful, and proactive attitude
• Must not be a student
• Availability for an immediate start
• Right to work in the UK
• Own transport or local residence near Axis Business Park
