- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments.
- Deliver product presentations or demos to clients when required.
- Negotiate terms and prices with clients.
- Finalize and close sales agreements to achieve targets.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
- Track personal performance against goals and report progress.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity.
- Suggest improvements to product/service offerings based on feedback.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales, leads, and customer interactions.
- Submit regular sales activity reports to management.
