Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure the delivery of high-quality research that informs strategic decisions and supports our Next Generation Products pipeline.

Principle Accountabilities




  • Insight-Driven Impact: Transform complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that deliver measurable business value.


  • Exceptional Communicator: Engage effectively with team members, research peers, and senior stakeholders through clear and confident communication.


  • Insightful Reporting: Design and deliver impactful reports and presentations that clearly communicate insights and support strategic decisions.


  • Collaborative Innovation: Partner with Sensory & Consumer Science and cross-functional teams to apply relevant, forward-thinking research methods.


  • Trusted Research Partner: Serve as a key point of contact for EVP and NGP research, ensuring alignment and excellence in delivery.


  • Passion for Consumer Understanding: Lead the design and execution of research that uncovers fresh, meaningful consumer insights across categories.


Skills and Experience Required




  • Strong Project Management: Skilled in planning and managing research projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.


  • Analytical Expertise: Proficient in statistical analysis with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.


  • Independent and Collaborative: Comfortable working autonomously or within a team, always demonstrating a proactive, action-oriented mindset.


  • Stakeholder Engagement: Builds strong, effective relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive research success.


  • Compelling Storytelling: Experienced in creating clear, engaging PowerPoint presentations that communicate research findings with impact.


  • Confident Presenter: Adept at presenting research and data to diverse audiences, with experience in applied consumer and sensory research settings.
