MHE Project Coordinator - #1796215

We have a brand new exciting opportunity for an MHE Project Coordinator to join our central Supply Chain team.

Covering our Distribution Centre across the UK, playing a key role in optimising MHE fleet performance, driving cost efficiencies, supporting project initiatives, and working closely with both Finance and Operations to provide insights that inform decision-making.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented with excellent data analysis skills and looking to grow their career within Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the order process for out of contract costs for our sites.
• Streamline the order process to minimise the amount of order requisitions.
• To liaise with the finance team to create management information and reports for the senior leadership team and the operations team.
• Data mining and reporting to product financial reports and operational reports.
• Project work including program management to develop, trial and land best practice, one best way and brilliant basics on MHE related areas.
  
  

About You

• UK Driving License - occasional site visits may be required.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills - confident with data analysis and presentation.
• Strong analytical mindset - able to interpret and communicate trends and insights.
• Proven admin and reporting experience, ideally in a logistics or operations environment.
• Great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communicator with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
