YOULL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY

• Generating innovative packaging ideas for both short- and long-term projects.
• Designing and developing packaging concepts, samples, and prototypes using new materials, formats, and technologies.
• Planning and conducting packaging trials, including line, transit, abuse, and materials testing.
• Ensuring all due diligence and documentationsuch as specifications, pallet plans, and trial reportsare completed to the required standards at each stage of development.
• Communicating project progress and trial outcomes clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Maintaining high standards in the packaging laboratory and managing packaging databases and libraries.
• Reviewing and approving packaging artwork in collaboration with the Graphics team.
• Building strong relationships with suppliers to accelerate innovation and stay ahead of market trends.
• Supporting production sites by troubleshooting packaging issues and driving efficiency improvements.
  
  

YOURE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU

• Hold a degree in Material Science, Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Have experience in the food industry; experience in packaging is advantageous.
• Bring a creative, curious, and innovative mindset to problem-solving and development.
• Communicate effectively and thrive in both team environments and independent work.
• Possess strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Hold a valid driving license and are willing to travel as needed.
