Location: North West

Salary: £12.37£13.50 per hour (dependent on qualifications) + £60 per sleep-in shift

Hours: 2 days on / 4 days off rota, including sleep-ins

Were looking for compassionate and committed individuals to join our residential care team supporting children and young people aged 817. Youll play a key role in providing daily care, supporting emotional and social development, and creating a safe, stable environment for those whove experienced trauma.

• Build positive, trusting relationships with young people
• Support with routines, personal care, and household tasks
• Promote education, leisure, and personal development
• Manage behaviours with empathy and professionalism
