You’ll champion brand values, raise standards, and motivate your team to shine, all while bringing ProDirect’s football and lifestyle culture to life with passion and pride.

Responsibilities of a Store Supervisor:

  • Lead the shop floor with energy—delivering outstanding customer service, engaging shoppers through strong product knowledge and authentic storytelling.
  • Coach and motivate the team through real-time feedback, 1-2-1s, and daily leadership that builds capability, confidence, and high performance.

  • Maintain excellent stock availability and visual merchandising standards while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and overall shop-floor impact.
  • Represent and bring ProDirect’s football and lifestyle culture to life, staying tuned into trends, competitors, and community opportunities.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training to build a knowledgeable, engaged, high-performing team.

  • Solid commercial awareness, understanding retail performance drivers, KPIs, and how to maximise sales through strong floor execution.
  • Good operational judgement—knowing when to act independently and when to escalate, while confidently delivering daily priorities.
  • Strong organisational and visual standards focus, with an understanding of merchandising, stock processes, and maintaining an impactful shop floor.
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude with ambition to develop further, supporting team success and the wider management team.
  • Passion for football, sport, and lifestyle culture, with awareness of trends influencing customers both in-store and online.

Benefits of a Store Supervisor:

  • 28 days of annual leave pro-rata.
  • 3% Employer Pension Contribution.
  • Staff discount of up to 30% (Pro:Direct Sport Online) and 40% (Do Clothing)
  • National Gym discounts are available through Hussle and Nuffield Health.
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) through AXA Health for staff & family members
  • ‘Refer a friend’ policy, with bonus rewards for successful referrals.
  • Enhanced Sick Pay Scheme for staff with over 5 years length-of-service.

What we look for in our team:

  • To add cultural and professional value to the team
  • Be 100% yourself - we are genuine and love what we do
  • Passion … without it, we would not be where we are today
