Description

  • Provide administrative support for HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of the HR system.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and meetings for the HR team.
  • Respond to employee queries and direct them to the appropriate resources.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
  • Support payroll processing by collating and verifying employee data.
  • Maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Profile

A successful People Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role within a professional setting.
