Teacher of GCSE & A-Level Computer Science

We are working on behalf of a Liverpool secondary school seeking to appoint an ambitious, passionate and dedicated Teacher of Computer Science to join a thriving and forward-thinking department.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across GCSE and A-Level Computer Science, inspiring students to achieve outstanding outcomes while developing a genuine enthusiasm for technology, computing and digital innovation.

The school also promotes computing-related enrichment through its "Quantum Pathway," supporting students who are interested in careers in software engineering, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and other digital industries.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and ambitious school within a growing multi-academy trust committed to excellence, inclusion and innovation.

The position is initially offered on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The school welcomes applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs who are eager to develop their practice within a collaborative and high-performing environment.

To be considered for this role, we will need:

  • Proof of Right to Work
  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • A CV covering 10 years of education or employment history
  • A fully enhanced Child Workforce DBS certificate or willingness to process one with us
