They are looking for a proactive International Freight Coordinator to manage global trade lanes and deliver exceptional service from booking to delivery.

Your Impact

• End-to-End Management: Oversee multimodal shipments (Sea, Air, and Road) from the initial booking right through to the final mile.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Coordinate seamlessly with carriers, hauliers, and overseas partners to bypass supply chain bottlenecks.
• Compliance Precision: Manage customs documentation accurately to ensure shipments are audit-ready and arrive on time.
• Client Champion: Build strong rapport with customers by providing proactive updates and tailored logistics solutions.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: 2+ years of frontline experience within a UK freight forwarding environment.
• Multimodal Knowledge: Strong understanding of Sea, Air, and Road procedures, including documentation like Bills of Lading and Air Waybills.
• Systems Savvy: Experience using industry-standard platforms such as CargoWise, MultiFreight, or similar software.
• Mindset: An organized, detail-oriented approach with the ability to thrive under pressure.
