RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with a growing and well-established marketing business to recruit a Junior Accounts Assistant. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is an excellent opportunity for an AAT student looking to build their finance experience and develop their career within a supportive team, located in the city centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
• Maintaining purchase ledger records
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Preparing payments for approval
• Supporting credit control and chasing overdue invoices
• Assisting with bank and credit card reconciliations
• Supporting month-end and year-end finance tasks
• Carrying out ad hoc finance duties as required
• Using finance systems including Xero
