What You Will Do:

• Lead the planning and execution of facility installations for new model introductions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to manufacturing strategies.
• Develop detailed facility timing plans and layout designs to accommodate new and modified facilities.
• Prepare technical specifications and manage supplier selection, fostering strong vendor relationships.
• Monitor and track costs, ensuring projects align with budgetary targets.
• Drive quality and efficiency targets, implementing reliability and preventative maintenance principles.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve technical issues, represent the department in high-level meetings, and champion virtual build events.

What You Will Bring:

• A solid understanding of NEBOSH and Construction Design Management (CDM) Regulations.
• Proven experience in project and budgetary management within a manufacturing environment.
• A track record of managing multiple facility suppliers and delivering concurrent projects.
• Expertise in product development, including the use of virtual toolsets.
• A degree in a relevant engineering discipline (preferred).
