At Milk Education, we’re growing our Liverpool HQ and looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to take over a warm, established desk with huge potential. What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and growing a warm, high-potential education desk

• Building long-term partnerships with schools and education professionals

• Winning new business and developing your presence within the market

• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent across Primary, Secondary, and SEND

• Delivering an outstanding candidate journey and championing compliance standards

• Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish

• Leading by example as a senior member of the team

• Driving your own progression with opportunities to step into leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience (education recruitment preferred but not essential)

• Confident, proactive, and motivated mindset

• Competitive and target-driven attitude

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Ambitious individuals who want progression, success, and ownership
