• Managing post-completion processes
• Submitting SDLT applications
• Handling Land Registry applications
• File closures and legal administration
• Liaising with solicitors, clients, and third parties
• Maintaining accurate case records

• Previous conveyancing or legal administration experience preferred
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
