Role Title: Technology Architect

Location: Liverpool, UK (Hybrid – 2 to 3 Days Onsite per Week)

Contract Duration: 6 Months

We are looking for an experienced Technology Architect with strong Solution Architecture expertise to lead architecture design and review initiatives for enterprise identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience across IAM/AIM technologies, Microsoft identity platforms, and enterprise architecture governance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture design, solution reviews, and technology assessment activities.

Define and drive enterprise architecture strategies aligned with client business objectives.

Provide architectural leadership for Identity and Access Management (IAM/AIM) initiatives.

Design and review secure identity solutions using Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and Azure security services.

Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, frameworks, and technology approaches.

Conduct architecture governance, design validation, and technical decision-making processes.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and client leadership.

Produce architecture plans, design documentation, and technical roadmaps.

Support implementation teams with hands-on technical guidance and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience as a Technology Architect or Solution Architect within enterprise environments.

Proven expertise in architecture design, architecture governance, and design review processes.

Hands-on experience with:

Identity and Access Management (IAM/AIM)

Active Directory

Microsoft Entra / Azure AD

Azure identity and security services

Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture and identity governance.

Ability to analyse technical and business requirements and make strategic architectural recommendations.

Experience evaluating new technologies, tools, and enterprise solution approaches.

Excellent stakeholder communication and client-facing skills.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience working in hybrid cloud and Microsoft Azure environments.
