Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer

Highly Reputable Law Firm
Low Volume Caseload - 50 files max
Dedicated assistant, post comp and new business team
Liverpool City Centre
Salary £35k - £55k depending on experience and level of PQE
Hybrid - 2 days home, 3 days office
25 Days annual leave + Christmas + Bank Holidays
Bonus Scheme up to £9k per annum

The Role

Manage a caseload of no more than 50 files
Deal with a mix of Freehold and Leasehold, Sale, Purchase and New Build files
Ability to deal with your own Title Checks
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Deal with, respond to and raise enquires

The Candidate

Possess a minimum of 3 years fee earning experience in a conveyancing role
Experience handling a varied caseloads from opening of the file to completion
Have excellent attention to detail
Have the ability to build strong client relationships
Possess excellent interpersonal skills
