Full-Time Supply Teacher – September Start
Are you a passionate and adaptable teacher looking for a rewarding long-term opportunity this September? We are currently seeking a dedicated Supply Teacher to join a welcoming primary school on a full-time basis.
The Role
- Position: Full-Time Supply Teacher
- Start Date: September
- Contract: Long-term temporary (with potential to become permanent)
- Pay Rate: £120 – £232.56 per day (dependent on experience)
- Key Stage: Primary (specific year group to be discussed)
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and supporting pupils’ academic and personal development.
Please note: the class includes pupils with SEN needs, however you will be supported by an experienced Teaching Assistant.
? Job Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet a range of learning needs, including SEN
- Work collaboratively with classroom support staff, including TAs
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Monitor and assess pupil progress effectively
- Uphold school policies and behaviour expectations
Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs and FQTs welcome to apply
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to differentiate learning effectively
- Experience or confidence in supporting pupils with SEN (desirable)
- Flexible, proactive, and committed to raising pupil attainment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
