Job Title: Property Investment Sales Consultant

Job Type: Full-Time, 5 days in office

Salary: £25k +Commission

About the Role

We are looking for ambitious, motivated, and target-driven individuals to join our growing team as Property Investment Consultants. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced sales professionals who want to build a rewarding career in the property investment sector.

No property experience is required. If you have at least 2 years of sales experience and a proven ability to build relationships, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.

Full training will be provided on property investment products, market knowledge, and our sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients who have expressed an interest in property investment opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their investment goals.
• Present suitable property investment opportunities and explain their benefits.
• Maintain regular contact with prospects and follow up on leads.
• Achieve individual sales targets and performance objectives.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions using the company CRM system.
• Stay informed about current market trends and investment opportunities.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure an outstanding client experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' sales experience in any industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, professional, and persuasive approach.
• Proven ability to work towards and achieve targets.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
