As one of the UK's leading wealth managers, managing over £109bn in assets, they're continuing to invest heavily in our technology estate and Service Management capabilities. They're now looking for a ServiceNow Developer to help shape and evolve our ServiceNow platform.
The Opportunity
This is an ideal role for a ServiceNow Developer who enjoys building sustainable, scalable solutions rather than excessive customisation.
You'll take ownership of the technical integrity of the ServiceNow platform, championing an OOTB-first approach while delivering high-quality development where genuine business value exists.
Working closely with ITSM process owners, product owners, and technical stakeholders, you'll help drive platform improvements, automation, governance, upgrades, integrations, and continuous service improvement.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and configuring ServiceNow ITSM modules
- Building solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts and Catalog Items
- Supporting platform upgrades and maintaining platform health
- Managing integrations including REST APIs, SOAP, Azure AD/Entra ID and webhooks
- Maintaining ATF testing and CI/CD practices
- Supporting CSDM and Configuration Management initiatives
- Driving ServiceNow governance and best practices
- Collaborating with stakeholders across Incident, Change, Problem, Request and Knowledge Management
What They're Looking For
- 2-5 years of ServiceNow development and/or administration experience
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM
- Experience with Flow Designer and modern ServiceNow development practices
- Experience supporting integrations and platform upgrades
- Understanding of ITIL processes
- Exposure to ATF, CI/CD and automated testing
- ServiceNow CSA certification preferred
- CAD, CIS or ITIL Foundation certifications highly desirable
