Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed suitability reports across a range of financial planning areas, including pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
- Conduct technical research and analysis to support financial advisers in developing client recommendations
- Analyse client information and produce accurate cashflow modelling where required
- Ensure all work complies with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards
- Liaise with advisers, administrators, and product providers to ensure efficient case progression
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, legislation, and industry developments
- Proven experience working as a Paraplanner within a financial planning or wealth management firm
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection products
- Experience writing high-quality suitability reports
- Working towards or holding Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases effectively
- Salary up to £55,000 (depending on experience)
