Temporary Receptionist, Investment firm, Temp to Perm - #2088696

We're seeking a proactive and outgoing Receptionist to join an investment firms front-of-house team. Based on a dual reception, you’ll work closely with another receptionist to ensure the smooth running of the office and deliver an exceptional experience for all visitors and internal stakeholders.

This is the perfect next step for someone with early reception or administrative experience (minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience) who is eager to grow, develop, and build their skills within a high-performing, professional environment.

You’ll be client-facing in your communication, a natural team player who enjoys supporting others and contributing to a positive, collaborative environment. This role calls for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and confident managing last-minute changes with ease.

You would have worked ideally in a fast-paced environment from investment, consultancy or public relations.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Meeting and greeting clients, investors, and senior stakeholders with confidence and warmth
• Managing calls, inboxes, room bookings, and visitor flow
• Assisting with internal events, catering, logistics, and set-up
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for senior leaders and external partners
• Handling urgent changes, requests, and scheduling updates with calm efficiency
• Working closely with your dual-reception partner to maintain a seamless, professional front-of-house experience
