An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join a well-established professional services organisation. This role is ideal for a commercially minded digital marketer who enjoys driving engagement across multiple channels, improving marketing performance through data and insights, and leading digital initiatives that support wider business objectives.
Working as part of a collaborative marketing function, you will take ownership of digital marketing activity, oversee key digital channels, and help shape customer acquisition and engagement strategies. - Position: Digital Marketing Manager

- Role: Permanent, hybrid

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimise multi-channel digital marketing activity across email, social media, SEO and content marketing channels.
- Develop and enhance automated email marketing programmes, improving customer engagement and marketing efficiency.
- Collaborate with content and web teams to create and optimise evergreen content informed by search and performance insights.
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, using data to drive continuous improvement and audience growth.
- Manage and support digital marketing team members while working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver strategic marketing objectives.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, content, social media and SEO.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and digital marketing analytics tools.
- Experience using performance data, audience insights and search analytics to inform marketing strategy and content development.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations, consent-based marketing and digital compliance best practices.
- Previous people management experience with strong communication, stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
