Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Liverpool for a School Business Manager. The role involves managing school operations, financial planning, budgeting, and overseeing staffing processes. Primary responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations, managing school resources efficiently, supervising administrative and support staff, and coordinating with educators and key stakeholders to optimize school operations. Successful candidates will also work to strengthen relationships with local authorities and external partners.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Leadership and team management skills, including supervising administrative and support staff.
  • Strong knowledge of local education policies, compliance requirements, and school operations.
  • Effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology solutions for administration and management tasks.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Experience in the education sector or working within schools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field is preferred.
