A highly regarded and nationally recognised law firm is seeking an experienced Fast Track / Intermediate Track Fee Earner or Solicitor to join its Serious Injury team based in Liverpool.

The Role;

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of litigated personal injury claims, with a particular focus on serious injury matters arising from RTA cases, including motorbike and cycling claims.

The role will involve handling files from pre-issue through to settlement, working within a specialist team environment. You will also have the opportunity to support and mentor junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities;

· Manage a litigated caseload of fast track and intermediate track personal injury claims

· Conduct cases from inception to conclusion, including trial preparation where required

· Work on complex and higher-value RTA matters

· Engage with clients, counsel, experts, and third parties

· Support and develop junior team members

About You;

· Proven experience handling litigated fast track RTA claims

· Working knowledge of the Intermediate Track regime

· Familiarity with the MOJ Portal and post-issue litigation processes

· Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision

· Experience using case management systems (e.g., Proclaim or similar)
