NEET Engagement Coach - #2091704
Transform Lives Company
At Transform Lives Company, we believe every person has strengths, potential, and the right support can help them move forward. This role reflects our person-centred approach: building trust, recognising individual barriers and walking alongside young people as they take positive steps towards their future.
Youth disengagement from education, employment and training has been identified as a key priority in Speke. Many young people face barriers such as low confidence, poor wellbeing, limited work experience opportunities and unclear post-16 pathways, which can make it harder for them to move into sustained education, employment or training.
As part of the Cradle to Career programme, this role will provide early, personalised support to young people at risk of becoming NEET. Working with schools, families, employers, training providers and local partners, the NEET Engagement Coach will help young people build confidence, raise aspirations and successfully navigate key transition points into positive futures.
