Talent Acquisition Advisor - #2093473

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a leading logistics business, that are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join them on a FTC until October.

This role will be based in Liverpool and allows 1 day per week working from home.

The successful candidate will receive a salary between £30,000 - £35,000.

As a successful Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for;

• Supporting managers with key acquisitions and campaigns
• Actively sourcing and screening candidates for live vacancies
• Drafting adverts, scheduling interviews and gaining feedback

The ideal Talent Acquisition Advisor will have experience in the following;

• Previous experience within a recruitment / TA position, either in house or agency
• Experience using an ATS System (Success Factor is desirable)
• Have strong engagement and organisation skills
• Good communication and relationship skills
