Hours:
The first 3 months (during training) you will be on days (rotating 6-6), moving to nights:
Monday- Wens, Friday- Sun (rotating). To reiterate this will be a night role after 3 months. There is a large shift allowance offered for this!
Join a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing business as a Production Operative working within a regulated cleanroom environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with assembly, production, manufacturing or cleanroom experience who enjoy working to high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Manufacture and assemble specialist single-use products within a cleanroom environment
• Follow SOPs, work instructions and quality procedures at all times
• Carry out in-process inspections and quality checks
• Complete production documentation accurately and efficiently
• Record and report any quality or process deviations
• Perform product testing and validation activities
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within production
• Work closely with Quality and Engineering teams to resolve production issues
• Clean components, equipment and work areas in line with procedures
• Prepare and pack finished products to required standards
What We're Looking For
• Previous clean room cGMP experience
• Experience working within regulated or quality-driven environments advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Able to follow procedures and complete documentation accurately
• Positive team player with a proactive approach
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Eager to learn and develop new skills
