The business has built real momentum and is now scaling its internal structure to support the next phase of growth, with merchandising sitting at the heart of that.

The merchandising function is a key focus for the business. This creates a genuine opportunity for someone to come in, take real ownership of a category, and help shape how the function develops as the brand grows.

The Junior Merchandiser role offers genuine autonomy in a fast scaling brand. This role is ideal for a strong Assistant Merchandiser ready to step up, or an established Junior Merchandiser looking for more ownership and visibility.

The main responsibilities of the Junior Merchandiser:

• Own and manage the WSSI at department and sub-category level, forecasting demand, OTB, returns and margin
• Complete weekly trading analysis, providing clear KPIs and actionable recommendations
• Review performance at product level, identifying risks and opportunities in a timely manner
• Manage line cards and core availability, suggesting and overseeing rebuys of key styles
• Manage the critical path and delivery schedules, working closely with suppliers to ensure on time launches
• Work alongside the product and design teams on range building and product selections
• Support the development of junior team members

Key Skills and Experience of the Junior Merchandiser:

• Currently an Assistant Merchandiser ready to step up, or already operating at Junior Merchandiser level
• Experience in fashion retail or apparel merchandising
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Commercially aware, with the ability to spot risks and opportunities quickly
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Passionate about product with a good understanding of the market
