The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven, ambitious Outbound Sales Executive to join a fast-paced SaaS environment. This is a high-impact role focused on opening doors, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and creating qualified opportunities for our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively identify and engage senior decision-makers across target organisations
- Drive outbound activity across phone, email, and social channels to generate new opportunities
- Qualify prospects and secure high-quality sales meetings for clients
- Conduct detailed research to build and maintain strong prospect pipelines
- Keep CRM systems fully up to date with accurate notes, activity, and insights
- Prepare clear, concise briefs and supporting materials ahead of client meetings
- Collaborate with clients, providing regular updates on performance and pipeline progress
- Consistently meet and exceed activity and opportunity targets while maintaining quality
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking on the phone and building rapport quickly
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Resilient, coachable, and open to continuous feedback and development
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A competitive mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Hands-on experience selling into senior stakeholders at leading global brands
