The Opportunity

You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, supported by experienced colleagues and efficient digital systems that allow you to focus on delivering a smooth client experience.

The role will involve handling all aspects of the conveyancing process, with particular emphasis on raising enquiries on purchase files, progressing transactions proactively, and ensuring post-completion matters are dealt with accurately and efficiently.

About you

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
• Solid experience raising enquiries on purchase transactions
• A good understanding of post-completion processes, including registrations and associated documentation
• The confidence to manage files independently from instruction through to completion
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload while working remotely
