Description

• Coordinate and deliver B2B events from initial planning through to execution.
• Manage all event logistics, including venue coordination, supplier management, attendee communications, and on-site support.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop creative concepts and event materials.
• Coordinate the creation, production, and distribution of marketing collateral, artwork, and promotional materials.
• Source and manage branded merchandise and promotional items, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and activities aligned to business objectives.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing team.
• Assist with content creation, marketing communications, and other ad hoc marketing initiatives as required.

Profile

A successful Marketing Coordinator / B2B Events should have:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a marketing role within the financial services industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to organise events.
