  • Promote positive behaviour and support pupils' emotional wellbeing.
  • Inspire pupils to develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching pupils with SEND in either a mainstream or specialist setting.
  • A strong understanding of a range of additional needs and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • A patient, adaptable, and compassionate approach.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Applications are welcomed from experienced SEN Teachers as well as mainstream teachers with a passion for SEND who are looking to transition into specialist education.

What We Offer
  • Competitive daily rates or salary, depending on the role.
  • Opportunities for long-term and permanent positions.
  • Ongoing CPD and professional development.
  • Dedicated support from an experienced education recruitment consultant.
