About the Business

We're partnering with a fast-growing UK consumer brand that has established itself as one of the most exciting names within the performance and lifestyle market. Combining premium products with bold creative marketing, the business has experienced significant growth and continues to invest heavily in its in-house creative function.

With dedicated teams across design, photography, video, studio production and digital marketing, creativity sits at the heart of the business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team producing high-quality content across eCommerce, social media and integrated marketing campaigns.

The Role

Reporting into the Senior Videographer, this is a varied, hands-on role for an experienced creative who enjoys producing engaging content across multiple channels.

You'll be responsible for planning, filming and editing video content that supports product launches, campaigns, social media and eCommerce. Working closely with photographers, designers, marketing and brand teams, you'll create compelling content that strengthens the brand while delivering commercially effective creative.

The role offers an excellent balance of day-to-day content creation alongside larger campaign projects, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across both fast-paced social content and more considered brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, film and edit engaging video content for social media, eCommerce, paid media and wider marketing channels.
  • Produce social-first content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Create product videos, campaign content, lifestyle films and brand storytelling content.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes footage during campaigns, events and product launches.
  • Support the Senior Videographer on larger campaign productions while independently managing day-to-day projects.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, marketing and social teams to deliver integrated creative campaigns.
  • Direct models, athletes, ambassadors and external talent during video shoots where required.
  • Edit footage using Adobe Premiere Pro to deliver high-quality, polished content.
  • Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, subtitles and graphics where appropriate.
  • Produce fast-turnaround creative for digital and social channels without compromising quality.
  • Organise and maintain video assets, project files and content libraries.
  • Bring fresh ideas by keeping up to date with emerging content trends, platform updates and new creative techniques.
  • Support wider creative projects where required.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years' commercial videography experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branded, fashion, sportswear, lifestyle or consumer brand content.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, camera movement and audio capture.
  • Strong editing skills with an eye for pacing, storytelling and visual quality.
  • Experience creating engaging short-form content for social media platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a creative team.
About You

You'll be a creative thinker with a genuine passion for video production and visual storytelling.

You enjoy taking ownership of projects, thrive in a fast-moving environment and are confident balancing creative ideas with commercial objectives. You'll be someone who naturally spots opportunities to create engaging content, whether you're working on a planned campaign or capturing spontaneous moments.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong eye for visual storytelling and composition.
  • Understands current social media trends and platform best practice.
  • Is passionate about creating engaging digital-first content.
  • Has an interest in fashion, sport, lifestyle or consumer brands.
  • Is proactive, organised and solutions-focused.
  • Works equally well independently and as part of a collaborative creative team.
  • Enjoys contributing ideas and continually improving creative output.
What's on Offer
  • Competitive salary of £32,000 - £34,000 depending on experience.
  • Full-time permanent position.
  • Five days onsite in Liverpool.
  • Reporting into an experienced Senior Videographer with opportunities to develop your creative and technical skills.
  • Join a collaborative in-house creative team within a rapidly growing consumer brand.
  • Opportunity to work across eCommerce, social content, campaigns and brand marketing.
  • A fast-paced environment where you'll have genuine ownership of creative projects and the opportunity to make a visible impact.
