Description
- Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate hotel bookings and other accommodation requirements as needed.
- Raise and process orders for site-related requirements.
- Provide administrative support across a portfolio of properties.
- Support the in-house property management function, as the organisation manages its own properties rather than outsourcing to a management company.
- Carry out general administrative duties, including maintaining records and updating spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with a variety of day-to-day tasks to support the smooth running of the property portfolio.
- Complete compliance checks and ensure property documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Support property management activities, helping to ensure properties are maintained in line with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.
Profile
A successful Admin Assistant should have:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is desirable.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £26,000.
- 6- month Fixed-term contract with potential for further opportunities.
- Monday to Friday (9 to 5).
