We are seeking an experienced Third-Party Partnerships & Operations Manager to join a growing and high-performing team. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded leader who thrives on building strategic relationships, driving operational performance, and leading teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

This position offers a blend of stakeholder management, operational leadership, performance improvement, and people development, making it ideal for someone who enjoys influencing business results through both relationships and operational excellence.

The Role

Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining strategic external partnerships while supporting the delivery of operational objectives across a busy and fast-paced department.

You will act as a senior point of contact for external organisations, helping to identify opportunities for collaboration, improve performance, and resolve challenges through effective negotiation and relationship management.

Alongside stakeholder engagement, you will support team leaders in driving productivity, improving service standards, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders and business partners.
  • Lead discussions and negotiations to achieve positive commercial and operational outcomes.
  • Monitor departmental performance against agreed targets and KPIs.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through analysis of operational data.
  • Support managers with coaching, mentoring, and performance development activities.
  • Review operational processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver business objectives and growth plans.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Produce performance insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

About You

We are keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Experience in stakeholder or account relationship management.
  • Strong operational leadership and people management skills.
  • The ability to influence and negotiate at a senior level.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working within a regulated, professional, insurance, legal, financial services, or claims environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Advanced communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • A track record of driving performance improvements and achieving measurable results.
