Experienced in residential surveying and looking to join a practice that genuinely invests in its people?

We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a successful and independent surveying practice covering the Liverpool area. This role would suit a motivated and professional Surveyor who is confident in undertaking residential valuations alongside Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys while enjoying the flexibility of remote working and a manageable workload.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Conduct residential property valuations across your designated area
• Undertake Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys to a high professional standard
• Produce accurate and detailed reports for clients and lenders
• Manage your own diary and workload efficiently
• Maintain compliance with RICS and industry regulations
• Deliver a high level of customer service and professional advice
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Residential Surveyor Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Residential Surveyor
• VRS Registered
• Experience in undertaking residential valuations and surveys
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confident using iPads, surveying software, and mobile applications
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
